I have been working as a photographer and retoucher in the Fashion Industry since 2010, creating visual content for Fashion E-commerce and Digital Communication of national and international brands and fashion designers like Farfetch, Zippy, MO, Salsa, Molli, Polar Skate, Atlanta Mocassin, Gonçalo Peixoto, Marques Almeida, A-line or The Feeting Room.
I spent my childhood surrounded by fabrics and clothing. My parents and grandfather worked in the Textile Industry and following my father around the factory or traveling with my parents in the weekends to visit their stores was my idea of having fun. It took me a while to realize this was also part of my path.
I graduated in Audiovisual Communication, studying both Cinema and Photography.
From 2010 to 2017 I worked as a Fashion E-commerce Photographer and Retoucher at corporations like Farfetch, Sonae – for Fashion brands Zippy and MO – and Salsa.
In 2017 I founded Indigo Studio, a Creative Studio specialised in Fashion E-commerce and Imagery for Brands.
I am a very curious person who loves continuous learning and exploring. In 2016 I completed a Post-graduation in Art-Therapy and several courses in Psychology of Art, being my main interest the therapeutic power of Images and storytelling.
I’ve also completed several courses in complementary areas like Fashion Digital Marketing, Writing, Branding, Styling and Creative Direction.
In 2016 I traveled to Berlin to study High-End Fashion Photography Retouch with Pratik Naik, one of the most renowned retouchers on the market, based in the United States. In 2020 I completed a course of Product Photography at Shopify – the world leading e-commerce platform – in Los Angeles.
